Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, breath and meditation.

Kundalini Yoga is often known as the yoga of awareness. Agrios is highly qualified to teach this practical and powerful yoga practice as she is a Level 2 Internationally Certified Teacher. Using movement, breath, mantra and meditation, Kundalini Yoga calms the mind, strengthens the immune and nervous system to better handle stress, stretches and builds muscles – improving your health and enjoyment of life. During this workshop, Susan will also teach you an 11-minute meditation and challenge you to do it for 40 days.
